St. Mary's aims to develop each pupil to her full potential.  To help achieve this we encourage pupils to participate in a wide range of social, sporting and cultural events during the academic year.  These include basketball leagues, sports clubs, soccer tournaments, debating teams, school choir, Young Scientist Competition, Cookery Competitions, Sports Student of the Year, School tours, musicals, Student of the Year and Art Competitions.

OUTINGS
Field trips in History, Geography and Science are now an integral part of the Junior Certificate Course.  In addition, visits to the National Concert Hall, Theatre or Cinema will be arranged.

FOREIGN TRAVEL
School Tours abroad take place during the Easter holidays or February Mid-term break.
