Sports Day 2013

Sports day was held at St. Mary's Primary School. The competition and excitement started at 9.30 am but Mr. Fennell had been at the school at 8.30 marking out the track and preparing the events.  The students were grouped into various teams and classed by colour. There were 8 events which took 10 minutes each and the groupings rotated between events.

The top three teams qualified for the Semi - Finals which took place at 11.45 am, and the finals were then held at 12.15 pm. After the excitement of the Finals, the girls took part in a big game of Tug of War at 12.30 pm. 

The winners from the Finals were presented with Medals at 12.45 pm.
